I received a call from this unfamiliar # but did not answer it. WHO IS THIS? HOW do they get my number?

This phone number belongs to a con man who convinced me that his real name was Anderson and that he worked and was a manager for a phone company called AT&T in Oakland, CA., and that this number was his AT&T companies phone. If you see this phone number on your caller ID, don't answer it. This is not a phone number from AT&T. It belongs to a con man not a man who works for AT&T. When I looked up this phone number in the white pages online, it said the phone number was from Modesto, CA. It sure does not sound like Oakland, CA. I got this information about what cities are in this area code....Atwater, Ceres, Delhi, Galt, Ione, Lathrop, Livingston, Lodi, Los Banos, Manteca, Merced, Modesto, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Ripon, Riverbank, Salida, Stockton, Tracy, Turlock, Waterford. I hope this helps anybody.

these are incoming email/texts from yahoo personals. i keep getting them as texts despite having deleted my yahoo account (email and all). i never even signed up for personals yet the solicitation keeps coming. infact i haven't had a desktop to sign up with in over 8 years until just a few weeks ago. These spammers need to stop before they cause someone with a husband not as considerate as mine a LOT of problems.

Receiving many calls all hours of the night. Sounds like a fax machine.

this number is from Education Bridge, it is a telemarketing company that helps bridge people with schools and online schooling. They said that it was information that was requested from me and I told them I never requested anything like that and to stop calling.

call all the time, I never answer and they never leave a message
